Counter Notification

If you believe that content was removed from FsiShare.com by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). Your written counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. A description of the material that was removed and the original location of the material before removal
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area (or if you are outside the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction in any district where the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice
